Cancellation Policy
I value both your time and mine, and I strive to provide the best experience for every client. To keep things running smoothly, please review the following policy:
**Deposits**
All appointments require a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking. This deposit will go toward your total service cost.
**Rescheduling**
You may reschedule your appointment up to **24 hours before your scheduled time** without losing your deposit. Your deposit will be transferred to your new appointment.
**Cancellations**
Cancellations made **less than 24 hours before your appointment** will result in the loss of your deposit.
**No-Shows**
Clients who do not show up for their appointment without notice will forfeit their deposit and will be required to pay a new deposit before booking again. After a 2nd offense you will be banned from booking.
**Late Arrivals**
Please arrive on time. A grace period of **15 minutes** may be allowed. After that, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, and your deposit will be forfeited. If you still wish to be serviced that day a $75 convenience fee will be added.
**Emergencies**
I understand that life happens. In the case of a true emergency, please reach out as soon as possible, and I will do my best to accommodate you.
